Declaration of Acceptance:

By completing this registration, I confirm my commitment to actively participate in the INPROCAP Community of Practice (CoP) and to support its goals and objectives.

I agree to:

• Contribute to the activities of the CoP in my individual capacity, sharing relevant insights and experiences to advance innovation procurement within the Big Science sector.

• Ensure that no conflict of interest exists that could impact my ability to serve as an independent member of the CoP.

• Respect all confidentiality agreements, including not disclosing any confidential information shared within the CoP without explicit permission from the INPROCAP consortium.

• Grant the INPROCAP consortium permission to use any contributions or input I provide for reporting, tool development, and improving project outcomes aimed at enhancing innovation procurement processes.

• Consent to the processing of my personal data as required for my participation in the CoP. A detailed description of how INPROCAP handles personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy, available on the project’s website at inprocap-procurement.eu.

By submitting this registration form, I affirm my acceptance of these terms and my commitment to supporting the objectives of the INPROCAP Community of Practice.
